Our Appointment System

Routine appointments are for 10 minutes, but longer sessions can be arranged if necessary. Patients may choose to see any doctor provided there are appointments available, but if you have an on-going problem it is desirable, whenever possible, to consult whichever doctor has previous knowledge of your case. Appointments can be made by telephoning 01865 311500, in person at the Surgery or online using Patient Access

Within 48 hours

We try to offer all patients appointments within 48 hours, but in busy periods, such as the winter months, this may not always be possible.

If you have an urgent problem, please make this clear to Reception. If you are Disabled or have difficulty with stairs, please let Reception know so that suitable arrangements can be made.

An interpreter can be provided if necessary – please give Reception prior notice so that this service can be arranged.
