Fantastic lead nurse

I have encountered the lead nurse several times now, including in the context of a cervical screening. It is very rare to encounter someone as highly professional, friendly, thorough, and efficient as this lead nurse. Even procedures that can be very uncomfortable and even traumatic don't have to be uncomfortable at all under their hands. This person is absolutely fantastic and probably deserves a big raise!

Very professional, efficient and speedy

During the coronavirus the receptionist booked me a telephone appointment with the Dr. who called me. She explained everything to me clearly and concisely. Explained the next steps and what to expect. I booked a slot for tests and went at the allotted time. The receptionists gave me a face mask and explained safety. I saw the practice nurse who took the samples. Next morning I received the the analysis of the results from the Dr by text and an offer of further help if required. Superb service. Thank you all at 27 Beaumont Street

First time using 27 Beaumont Street and very happy, very pleasant receptionist on the phone who was extremely efficient and genuine. :)

5 STAR SURGERY, simply great

In my initial review I missed not rating it 5 stars. Very competent, compassionate and professional star. The doctors are fantastic and other health professionals professional and friendly. This is a people centred surgery
